Why is technology so important today?

In my personal opinion I think that the technology is necessary for all fields in the society, that’s because all you need have technology, for example if you use a bank behind all services that offers one bank there are a lot of servers, information in the computer.
I choose these two articles because they talk about the importance of all kind of technology, and I think that is necessary that all people know a little bit about all the technologies that is around us.

    There are obvious reasons why technology is important in our life and in business. Now with the term globalization to grow a company must be connected with the world.

    Today the technology is very important because it is used in practically
    all fields and areas that man needs, such as medicine, eduacación, exercise, household chores, farming, navigation, aviation security, among others that make it easy the lives of both men, women and children.
